• Unclaimed withdrawals after 180 days may be subject to review and potential forfeiture following notification to the member.

Zh333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The following general rules apply to all zh333 bonus types:

• For matches that are postponed and resumed within 48 hours from the original time, all bets remain valid.
• If a match is fully cancelled, all related bets will be voided and the full amount returned to the member's account within 24 hours.
• Zh333 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to technical errors. Affected members will be notified and their stakes refunded.
• Maximum winnings per single bet is RM500,000. For parlays (accumulators), winning limits may vary by sport category.
• In-play betting is subject to availability and live odds updates. Any delays or connection issues due to internet disruptions are the member's own risk to bear.

Zh333 upholds high standards of integrity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Registering or using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Using bots, automated software, or any technical tools to exploit the zh333 system, including for automated betting or odds scanning.
• Using the zh333 platform for money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without any meaningful betting activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes or fix Sports Betting markets.

A zh333 account may be closed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• At the member's own request — contact zh333 support and the account will be closed once all balances have been processed.
• Due to a breach of zh333 Terms & Conditions, including fraud, misconduct, or bonus abuse.
• If a member is found to be under 18 years of age — all winnings will be forfeited and the original balance may be refunded upon completion of the investigation.
• Upon request by a competent authority issuing a valid order to zh333.
• Where a member has voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion programme for a specified period.

Members whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any winnings or bonuses obtained through conduct that violates our rules. Any legitimate balance held prior to the proven breach will be considered for return at zh333's sole discretion.
